Balaji International supplies EVA foam from Rajkot to manufacturers across India as full sheets, cut-to-size pieces and finished fitments. Standard sheet is 1000 × 2000 mm, 2 to 50 mm thick (laminated above 25 mm), in 60, 80, 100 and 120 kg/m³, in black, grey, white or a matched custom colour.
EVA is the foam to specify when a cavity has to hold its shape: a tool tray opened every shift, an instrument case, a medical device kit, a presentation insert the end customer sees. Its fine closed cells and smooth skin take a clean die-cut or routed edge and keep it.
We supply EVA in the form your line actually uses. Some buyers want full sheets for their own cutting; most want the finished fitment, cut to a drawing or a sample part, so the only thing arriving at the plant is the part that goes into the pack.

Which EVA density to order
Order the density from the thinnest cavity wall and from how often the pack is opened, not from product weight alone. 60 kg/m³ is the soft presentation grade, 80 kg/m³ is the general-purpose fitment grade, 100 kg/m³ is for load-bearing trays and cases opened daily, and 120 kg/m³ is for thin rigid walls and the finest routed detail. Walls under about 8 mm generally need 100 or 120.
If you are replacing an existing insert, send it with the product. A fitment that has gone soft or torn at the cavity edge after a few months of use is usually one density grade too low, and that is the cheapest fix available.
Sheet, cut sheet or finished fitment
Full 1000 × 2000 mm sheets suit plants with their own press or cutting table. Sheet weight in g/m² is thickness in mm multiplied by density in kg/m³, so a 10 mm sheet at 80 kg/m³ is 800 g/m², or 1.6 kg for a full sheet. Use that figure to compare quotations and to plan nesting, because a part that nests badly on 1000 × 2000 mm wastes material on every sheet.
Most buyers order the finished part instead. We die-cut flat profiles at volume and CNC-route deep or stepped cavities, laminating plies above 25 mm. Natural skin gives a smooth, finished face; skived matte gives a uniform velvet face, tighter thickness and better adhesive bonding where fabric or a second layer is applied.
How to order EVA for your plant
Send a drawing (DXF or PDF), a sample part or the existing insert, with the density, colour, finish, quantity and delivery location. For sheet orders, give thickness, density, colour and sheet count. We confirm the specification in writing before cutting, and repeat orders run against the approved drawing.
